The room is big and really comfortable. The room size is spacious. The staff is friendly and professional, and their service is efficient and we don't need to wait for too long to get our room. My friend left her charger on room, and the staff call me to inform. Really great customer service. The location is really at the city centre, convenient to go to anywhere.

Value for money: Reasonable price that provides clean rooms. It is located near lot of eateries and shops. All waking distance. The staffs are friendly too.

The room is clean and spacious. From the room on the 9th floor we can see half of the town and the surrounding mountains. Hence, the view is really great. We were given enough bottled drinking water.

Location is very strategic. Places of interest are within walking distance to and from the hotel.train station,bus terminal, ngepot kabin, kluang mall, rail coffee, laman kreatif. For a first timer and a family without a car, the hotel is very accessible and you will never get lost. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent but delicious. View from hotel was beautiful and unique from every sides of it. Room is spacious. Everything in good condition. No issues.

This was my second time stayed here. Overall is was quite good hotel in Kluang. Room is clean and tidy, location is good. Just maybe less than 10min driving from Kluang Rail Station/Kluang Bus Terminal. Staff is nice and friendly.

what i really like about the hotel is its location - very near to 24 hrs McD, Family Mart, 7e. it is in the heart of kluang town. they provided ample parking lot, the staff are nice, the room is very spacious with balcony and bath tub. our car broke down and needed to check in a day late. the hotel was very understandable, deduct our rate fairly.
